Early check-in (from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm) and Late check-out (after 12:00 pm and till 11 pm) shall be paid as an extra cost 50% of daily rent. Check-out after 11 pm shall be paid as a daily rent. Minimum stay is 1 night.
Customer pays a Security deposit in the rate of daily rent on the day of check-in, in the moment of acceptance the apartment and the keys. This amount may use as compensation for damages to property. Security deposit shall be given back on the date of check-out after checking the apartment.
If you check-in after 12 am you have to pay 400 rubles the manager who meets you at the apartment.
If you agree about a fixed time of check-out but you are late, you have to pay 300 rubles for every 30 minutes of waiting as compensation for waiting.
Customer is obliged to observe the rules and code of practice of living accommodation.
